How long will it take to ship my order?
Ordered today, shipped today. Most packages are delivered the next day within the Netherlands.
How do I create an account?
Click on 'My Account' in the menu. Here you have the possibility to create an account. This can also be realized during the checkout of your order.
How do I change my delivery address?
You can change your delivery or billing address via the 'My Account Dashboard' or on the checkout page.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive a track and trace code when your order is shipped.
Will my data be stored?
We only store data for order processing purposes or optimizing our services. Read more about this in our privacy policy.
Can I order on invoice?
Anyone who orders will receive an invoice by email. This invoice also includes a VAT specification.

I want to cancel my order, is that possible?
Depends. Orders at Sleep-e are automatically processed within the fulfillment center. If an order has already been picked up, cancellation is not possible, but you can return the product for free.
